Pre-Construction Planning
We spend time getting to know you and your team to build a trustful relationship and comprehensive understanding of your needs and vision.
We provide value-engineering ideas and preliminary estimates to ensure your budgetary needs are met before construction starts.
We communicate and coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Inspectors, Subcontractors, Suppliers and Vendors to develop schedules and reports to track progress and delays.
General Contracting
We specialize in construction of interior commercial spaces including retail, offices, warehouses, medical and industrial facilities. We oversee all construction activities from concept to completion. We provide competitive pricing, quality workmanship, a safe environment and aggressive scheduling to get your business up and running.
We help obtain permits, order and schedule materials, keep trades on task and coordinate inspections to ensure all code and ADA compliance. We manage all trades and vendors while acting as the primary contact with owners/clients to bring ideas to reality.
Remodels and Safety
We require all work to be completed safely with the proper equipment, tools and materials needed to do the task properly. We specialize in completing remodel work in environments where employees or the general public may be nearby. We use barricades, work off-hours and maintain all operations with safety and minimal business disruption as the main priority. Employees are required to obtain OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certificates after their first calendar year.
Maintenance and Repairs
From minor repairs to full system replacements, we help keep your business going days, nights, weekends and holidays. We coordinate and oversee the nuisance issues that arise without notice and require urgent attention. Anything from minor patch and repair of sheetrock to flooring repairs to A/C repairs and replacements to clogged sewer lines and even complete loss from flood, we have done, can do and will do whatever it takes to keep you going or get you back on track.

Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience and have worked for many owners, developers, property managers, restaurants, retail tenants, office-spaces, salons and medical firms. We are capable of completing all types of commercial construction from groundbreaking to follow up maintenance.
We primarily service Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana but we can work in other states. We carry GL insurance, Worker's Comp, Auto and Umbrella policies. We can provide Builder's Risk and are bondable.
